What causes a synchronization failure?
Most issues stem from character errors during code entry. Ensure that no extra spaces are included and that the code hasn't expired. If a failure persists, generate a new pairing code from within the TV app settings.
Is my vehicle subscription compatible with home streaming?
Subscribers on our All-Access and Elite tiers can utilize their existing credentials to stream on any supported digital device. Car-only promotional trials may require a tier upgrade to enable home streaming.
